JOURNEYMAN BARBER

The newest edition to the shop. Luke is a local boy representing 574, where we pulled him out of the corn fields of North Liberty. An avid concert goer that enjoys all things music. In fact, music is part of what inspired him to get into the hair industry. He is the shop’s 2nd Apprentice and is in the Journeyman Barber status of his apprenticeship.

cosmetologist

Joined our crew full time at the beginning of July. Clint has worked in full service salons since 2011 and is experienced with long layered looks to short compressed fades… and everything in between. You might find him riding his bike into work or driving his classic 1978 Chevy C10. Don’t ask him out to the movies because he prefers to go to the movies alone.

BAD ASS BARISTA BECAME A BARBER

If you’re an OG client, you would have seen Nathaniel slinging amazing drinks behind the counter of De Nolf’s Coffee House. He was the shop’s first Apprentice and completed his 3000 hour apprenticeship to become a certified ABA licensed Barber. In his free time you’ll find Nathaniel posting pictures of his cats, fishing and playing video games on his Nintendo Switch. He studied music in college and can play many instruments. He is also an Eagle Scout.

SHOP OWNER + TATTOOS & SMP

master barber

Husband, father and small business entrepreneur. A jack of all trades and always wanting to learn more. Holds a Master Barber license in both Virginia and Indiana. Loves to do classic cuts that require precision cutting and focus. Bring on the pompadours, flattops, mullets and everything in between! Ethan also holds a Tattoo License in Indiana. Specializing in Scalp Micropigmentation (also known as SMP) which is another form of head tattooing. Color matching the clients hair color and following the clients hair growth pattern to fill in scars, add density and recreate hairlines. Ethan will be opening his books for SMP and Tattooing in the Fall of 2022.
